I hired BPM to manage my townhouse in Pacific Beach. I recently purchased the unit to live in and unexpectedly got a job transfer to Colorado. Steve Welty came over for an initial consultation. He was very professional and walked me through what would need to be done to get the place "rent ready". He explained the whole process and what I could expect. Was pleased that their prices were affordable and they charged no money upfront like some other companies I called. When service has been needed, their contractors have always had good pricing. It's been over a year since I first signed with them and it was a great decision. The team is easy to get a hold of and I know they have my best interest in mind.
