June 2025 Newsletter

Dear Clients and Community,

I want to take a moment to speak to you directly, as someone who cares deeply about the promises we make and the people we serve.

Over the past year, we’ve listened. We’ve reflected. And we’ve recognized something we need to say clearly: We’ve made mistakes.

There were times when we did not meet the standard of care you deserve. That’s not easy to admit, but it’s the truth. And we believe change starts with honesty.

That is why we are proud to introduce BPM 2.0—a reimagined, re-committed version of our company built on accountability, transparency, and meaningful service. This is not just a new slogan. It is the standard you signed up for and deserve.

We cannot undo the past, but we can rise from it. We are committed to showing up every day with humility, passion, and follow-through.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to do better. You’ll see it. You’ll feel it. Welcome to BPM 2.0.

With gratitude,

CEO, Beyond Property Management

Review Highlight

Repairs, photos, and use of the owner's portal were all well-communicated and explained.

There have been a few times where I had to send an email to follow up on a conversation but the team has always been quick to respond.

Of course there were some frustrations regarding time to fill vacancy and required repairs/tasks but nothing out of the ordinary for the rental season or industry.

Home ownership and property management can be stressful. But I have full faith and confidence in BPM's team in taking care of me, the property, and my tenant. Any negative reviews you may read, I would take with a grain of salt. If you are reasonable,
open to communication, and willing to work with BPM (specifically Ana who is incredible)--they will not let you down and will absolutely take care of you.”
